Frida Kahlo is a big inspiration for establishing herself as a great artist despite of major health difficulties, and also as a female artist in a very male-dominated artworld. She was colorful, dearing to challenge social challenges and standing up for herself and what she believe in. 
 
The reference photos (it is a combination of several) for this painting was created in AI, and I started painting it at an event, before finishing it in my studio.
